Please allow up to four weeks for all barrel orders.  We cut, crown and thread, if applicable, on a per order basis, this is the reason for the turnaround time.

We only offer the P365/XL barrels in a DROP-IN FIT from Bar-Sto.  As with all aftermarket barrels and parts, there is always a chance that further fitting may be required for your slide/firearm due to tolerance variation. 

We will not ship barrels first class mail. If you select first class mail, you will be charged another $5 and the barrel will be sent out priority mail.

Bar-Sto barrels have been used by the U.S. Marine Corps Marksman Unit since 1977. The AMU also uses them. They have been used to win every major pistol tournament worldwide, including Camp Perry, the U.S.P.S.A. Nationals, Steel Challenge, the Masters, and many more. All Bar-Sto Pistol barrels are machined from solid stainless steel bar stock which has been heat treated 39 to 43 RC and 180,000 PSI tensile strength. Barrels are machined, bored, and rifled completely in our own shop. All barrels have a rate of twist of 1 turn in 16".
