PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY:

Only for use in the P320 X-Five or X-Five Legion.  These do have some different requirements so please use the drop down menu to accurately select which model you need the barrel for.

We do not recommend using lighter than a 14lb recoil spring with Bar-Sto barrels. 

We offer Bar-Sto barrels in two fitment options, you must choose one. Please allow up to four weeks for all barrel orders.

DROP-IN FIT/SEMI FIT: With this option, barrel will be cut and crowned to specifications provided by customer.  The fitting will already be done to a generic slide.  There is always a chance that further fitting will be needed but this is rare and 95% of the time the barrel will "drop in". 

GUNSMITH FIT: With this option, barrel will be cut and crowned to specifications provided by customer.  FITTING HAS NOT BEEN PERFORMED and is intentionally left oversized with the intention of the customer taking the barrel to a qualified gunsmith for fitting to be performed, allowing a custom fit to the slide.  We can not warranty any barrels that have had any work or fitting performed by any entity other than Springer Precision.

We will not ship barrels first class mail.  If you select first class mail, you will be charged another $5 and the barrel will be sent out priority mail.

Bar-Sto barrels have been used by the U.S. Marine Corps Marksman Unit since 1977. The AMU also uses them. They have been used to win every major pistol tournament worldwide, including Camp Perry, the U.S.P.S.A. Nationals, Steel Challenge, the Masters, and many more. All Bar-Sto Pistol barrels are machined from solid stainless steel bar stock which has been heat treated 39 to 43 RC and 180,000 PSI tensile strength. Barrels are machined, bored, and rifled completely in our own shop. All barrels have a rate of twist of 1 turn in 16".
