If the FFL is not our system, we will need to get a copy of their FFL and shipment approval.

If the FFL can not be contacted in 5 business days, the order will be cancelled.

3. We will install all parts that are included in the order and complete additional work requested, so please consider that more complex modifications will increase lead time. This does not apply to pre-configured options that are ready to ship.

4. When the purchase is ready to be shipped, we will capture the funds. *Depending on your financial institution, your institution may show the funds are unavailable at the time you place your order. We have no control over their processes.

4. The purchase will be shipped you the customer’s FFL and tracking information will be submitted to the customer.

5. Once we have FFL approval, your purchase should ship within 3 business days. Gunsmithing installations may require additional time depending on the work requested and our current work load.

In-Store Pickup

Firearm order pickup is available at our Redmond location

Customers will be contacted by the store once the In-Store Pickup is available. Any customer who wishes to pick up handguns must be a current resident of Oregon with a valid OR driver's license or state approved ID, with their current address reflected and submit to and pass the required background check. We will not transfer any firearms until the OSP approves the transaction via their background check process. This may take longer than 3 days and there are NO exceptions to this rule.  Long guns may be picked up by non-residents, provided they do so in person and the transaction is legal in both the transferee and transferor's state and submit to and pass the required background check. The only exception would be permanent party military personnel, who would be required to provide a copy of their PCS orders, ID, and if they live off base, a state issued document (i.e. utility bill, vehicle registration) at time of pick up.

Firearm Shipments
The customer is responsible for knowing his/her state laws regarding firearm transfers. Contact your local FFL dealer with any questions regarding the sale or transfer of firearms. Contact your local FFL before ordering a firearm to verify their transfer fee and to ensure they will receive your transfer. The customer assumes ALL responsibility and cost for returned firearms due to FFL refusal or failure to receive.

If you order a handgun YOU MUST be:

A legal resident of the state in which you are ordering.

21 years of age or older to complete the transfer through your FFL.

Exceptions: Military personnel stationed in a state other than their legal residence may purchase firearms across state lines. Contact your local FFL receiving the transfer as you may have to provide proof of deployment, residence, etc.

Please note that the FFL selection on our website is for customer convenience only and does not necessarily mean that Springer Precision LLC has the FFL selected on file.
