This compensator is specifically designed for the Sig Sauer P320 Factory Threaded 1/2" x 28 Barrels.  It is designed to work with most factory ammunition, while maximizing the gasses provided by your ammunition to reduce felt recoil and muzzle rise.

The Shorty Comp is also effective even with a factory two-stage recoil spring on the 3.9" and 3.6" slide length models with the correct ammo. If you have a 3.9 inch slide you may want to go to a single stage spring so you can get reliable ejection.  Depending on your ammo, the 14 lb or 16 lb spring will work with most factory ammunition.
