This is now a captured guide rod updated in 2026. Made of stainless steel for added weight and durability. It is for the 4.6" and 5.6"models only, in 10mm. It comes in 24lbs and a 26lbs option. Does not fit compact or .45 models. Will not work with factory recoil springs. Recommended for use with ISMI flat wire M&P springs.
