How do I ship my gun to you for work?

 Use FedEx (preferred) or UPS Next Day service. Bring your unloaded  pistol in a case, and use the medium or large shipping box. Declare that  you are sending your pistol in for repair. We will send it directly back to you. The Work Order Forms can be downloaded and viewed with your  computer's PDF viewer. They are interactive forms with drop down menus that you can completely fill out on the computer and then print out to include with your gun.

Please fill out this form if you want to save 35% or more shipping your pistols via FedEx to Springer Precision. You will receive a PREPAID label from FedEx via email that you can print out. You will be billed later when your work is complete and will get the discount for both the inbound and outbound shipping. Please include your address & phone number, number of guns, and estimated ship date in the message section.  We will not charge more than $145 for one pistol, round trip, billed upon completion of work.  Pistols must legally be shipped overnight via contract carrier.

A  nonlicensee may ship a firearm by a common or contract carrier to a  resident of his or her own State or to a licensee in any State. A common  or contract carrier must be used to ship a handgun. In addition,  Federal law requires that the carrier be notified that the shipment  contains a firearm and prohibits common or contract carriers from  requiring or causing any label to be placed on any package indicating  that it contains a firearm. [18 U.S.C. 922(a)(2)(A), 922(a) (3),  922(a)(5) and 922(e), 27 CFR 478.31 and 478.30]
