Measure 114 restricts the use and purchase of magazines over 10 rounds and will halt ALL dealer gun sales in Oregon until some unknown point in time when a training, licensing and gun registry can be put into place. According to the Oregon State Police, all gun sales will cease on Dec 8th, 2022.
